Background

Professional Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (PEC) was established in the
year 1994 with an objective of helping students to find admissions in the top
colleges around the globe and in the country as well. PEC, today, represents
various institutes, colleges, universities from USA, UK, Australia,
Switzerland, Cyprus, Greece, Singapore, Canada, Japan, Germany, China, India,
Bangladesh etc.
Since its inception, it has provided services to many Nepali students in
getting admissions in universities around the world. Today, we feel very happy
in seeing our students realizing their dreams. We are delighted to be a part of
their future.
PEC team consists of energetic and dedicated people, who provide counseling to
the students in finding a good program in the right institute, colleges or
universities and help the students with the processing for their admissions and
visas.
PEC is interested in exploring opportunities for its students in finding new
courses, colleges and universities around the world as well as provides them
with equal opportunities in the country as well. In line with its objectives,
PEC recently launched its training division Barons Academy of Professional
Studies P. Ltd. (BARONS) to provide trainings to the youths of the country and
to cater to the growing needs.

Studying Abroad
|
Nepalese students have been going abroad for their studies for long time now.
Previously, only a handful of people used to go abroad for their studies but
things have totally changed now. Every year, thousands of Nepalese students go
abroad for their further studies. The main attractions for the Nepalese
students in the recent years have been the countries like Australia, United
States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, India, Bangladesh, Ireland etc.
It is quite evident from the number of student visiting our office daily for
the enquiries. Almost 90 percent of the students visiting our office have
selected these countries as their final study destination. The number is on the
increasing trend.
There are several factors which have helped to boost the Nepalese students in
terms of pursuing their studies in theses countries. First and foremost is the
easy availability of the education loan, the representatives' efforts and above
all the support that the representative receives from the colleges/universities
and of course, the quality of education.
Nepalese parents believe that a good education will in turn translate to better
career opportunities and lifestyle changes that some of their forefathers had
never imagined.

Professional Educational Consultancy P. Ltd (PEC) and its sister concern Barons
Academy of Professional Studies (Barons) P. Ltd is located in the heart of the
city. It is easily accessible by all modes of transports.
It is well set up in the modern building with enough parking facilities.
PEC has a very well stocked library containing large volumes of books,
journals, encyclopedias and magazines. It subscribes to a large number of
periodicals and journals.
The PEC has a state of the art computer lab and resource centre. 24 hours
internet facilities are made available for students, faculty members and other
staffs. It also has a well furnished auditorium with a large seating capacity,
which is extensively used for hosting seminars, and other functions.

Promoters

SK Shrestha , 38, MSc, EMBA, a reputed businessman and a pioneer in the
field of Education Consultancy in the Kingdom of Nepal. He was the President of
Education Consultants Association of Nepal- ECAN. He is a highly reputed man
having diversified personality. He currently is running several top businesses
including education sectors of the country. He is having over 15 years of
working experiences.
Raju Singh, 31, MBA, EMBA, has built his image as one of the tourism
experts of the country and had worked as an Executive Director for the largest
Tourism organization in the country. Besides this he is also an educationist,
teaching human resources and organizational behavior in various management
colleges in the country. He has over 8 years of working experiences under his
belt.
Rajendra Shrestha, 35, MBA, has built his image as the educationist in
the field of Education Consultancy in the Country of Nepal. He has been
involved in this field even before PEC started and has over 12 years of
counseling experiences under his belt. He is undoubtedly the best documentation
expert in the country in this Education Counseling field.
